All products (kitchen doors, drawers, accessories.) are covered by a full 1-year guarantee, subject to our terms and conditions. 

The pictures of the kitchen doors and kitchens contain handles which are not included in the price of the kitchen doors, but may be purchased separately.

Pricing special size doors

To calculate the price for Made-to-Measure doors, take the price of the nearest size door up from the special size door that you need, and add 10% to the price.

Example: You require a special size door 703 x 483mm in Orlando Maple.

From the price list you will find that the nearest standard size door up is 715 x 495mm - list price = £14.85

Add the 10% surcharge for special size doors to the price (£14.85 x 10% = £1.48)       Surcharge = £  1.48

Therefore the price of your special size door 703 x 483mm (£14.85 + £1.48 = £16.33)   Your Price = £16.33

Non-Standard Sizes
To benefit our customers, in the majority of cases we will try to supply our standard size doors, as these will normally be a better match to your units. It is standard practice to move widths of +/- 2mm to equivalent standard sizes.

Example: a 715x497 moves to 715x495 as it would become a standard size and bring down the cost of the door/drawer.

Drilling
Doors are sold un-drilled for hinge holes as standard, but can be drilled for a small nominal fee of 50p per hole. This works out at £1.00 per door in most cases. 

Hinge holes are drilled using a 35mm 'bit' and are a standard distance in from the outside edge of the door. 

So that we can drill hinge holes accurately we will need the following information; 

1. The distance from the TOP of door to the CENTRE of the TOP hinge hole and 

2. The distance from the BOTTOM of the door to the CENTRE of the BOTTOM hinge hole. 

In most cases we also need to know which side the door  will be hung from. This can be done by looking at the front FACE of the door, imagine that it is see-through, the side OPPOSITE to the HANDLE is the Hinging side. 

Example: 

If you look at your door and the handle is on the RIGHT, (the hinges are therefore on the left) so it is Left Hand Hinged or LHH. 

If you do not ask for drilling prior to production, we will not undertake any drilling after this time as it would not be covered in the Confirmation of Order.

We recommend that you use the enquiry sheet for your convenience. Should you choose an alternative method of placing your order it is important that Drilling measurements must be presented to us in the following format otherwise we cannot accept responsibility for any human error. 

Example: Door 715x495 LHH drilled 85mm Top & 100mm Bottom 

We have a natural tolerance of 2mm when drilling hinge holes & would always suggest installing new hinges with new doors.

Delivery
The cost of delivery is 20% of the order value, minimum £25.00 & maximum £55. The delivery fee covers Next day despatch to the address of your choice upon completion of the doors. It also includes careful wrapping of the doors to protect them during third-party transit and ensures that they reach you in premium condition. 

 
The estimated lead time on the doors is 14 days from date of order, however this may be slightly extended during peak periods. 

The factory operates a weekly cut-off point for the production of orders whereby all orders placed by Monday at 5:30pm will come out of production 14 days later. They are then cleaned and where necessary drilled to your requested specifications. Orders are then put on a rota for despatch to the customers delivery address over the week. We would ask customers to allow 16 - 21 days from date of order (subject to weekly cut-off point) for the completion of orders during normal periods.

In the event that any ancillary item is not in stock at the time of despatch, we will hold the order until it is complete.                  

If you wish to receive your purchase on a specific day, then this should be requested at the time of the order and we will endeavour to fulfil your request circumstances permitting. Unfortunately, it is not possible to provide an exact time of delivery due to carrier conditions. We can provide your individual consignment reference and carrier contact number which allows you to 'track' your consignment personally.

We are able to offer a pre-10am, a pre-9am & Sat am deliveries, these are subject to an additional fee; details available on request. Example: Pre-10am costs approx. £0.80/kilo extra (based on an average weight of 30Kg per consignment), would amount to an additional £24.00 carriage charge.

All shortages or damages must be notified within 2 days of delivery. This is the time limit imposed by the carrier company to make a claim and if necessary provide evidence of the items lost/damaged in transit.

It is your responsibility to check that all parcels are received and that there is no damage to the packaging. Any damage should be noted when signing for the goods regardless of the response by the driver.

We cannot guarantee the operations of third party carriers and thus cannot accept liability for any late or short deliveries.

Payment options

As the products are supplied to the customers specific requirements; we operate a payment prior to production system for all products purchased.

We accept payment by: Cheque, Credit Card or Debit Card 

Cards accepted include Visa, Visa Debit, Electron, Maestro, Switch, Mastercard & Solo.

For added protection we have adopted the following system to verify a transaction:

1) Customer places order.

2) Order confirmation and Invoice is sent back to customer.

3) Customer is contacted to validate details.

4) Customer makes payment by their preferred method.

Brochures
We have a policy of constant product improvement and new products are added regularly, in consequence, we do not send out brochures. All information, pictures & prices are available on our website. (all fully printable, clear & correct at this time).  Issuing of brochures & other literature only succeeds in pushing up the price of the doors due to the directly attributed cost and as such contrary to our aim to provide our customers with the most competitive prices available.

Sample kitchen doors
Sample kitchen doors are available from this site at £15 per door inc. delivery. Delivery lead time will be advised at time of order and are supplied un-drilled.

Product Specification

Solid timber and veneer doors are manufactured from first quality prime timber or veneer of the wood species stated.
PVC and Foil doors are manufactured from 18mm MDF. All colours have a matching melamine back.
All components are manufactured using the latest state-of-the-art machinery and diamond tipped tooling ensuring consistency, quality and accuracy are 100% every time.
Components are coated with a two part glue which has a hardener mixed to achieve higher heat resistance than normal one part glues. A durable thermo-foil is pressed around the components using the latest machinery.
Most designs are available in non standard sizes. Georgian, Open and Feature frames are also available.
Doors are suitable for most furniture applications including kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, mobile homes, study and office furniture.
A drawer front design is applicable on all items up to 282mm high.

A door design is applicable on all items 283mm high and above.
Drawer fronts less than 115mm high will not have a centre design applied.
Frames are supplied rebated and unglazed unless specified. Each frame comes with a rubber gasket for fixing glazing on reverse.

Terms & Conditions of Guarantee
Kitchen doors and bedroom doors should be cleaned only with a damp soapy cloth, and applying the minimum amount of moisture to the door as possible. Kitchen doors situated below a sink or covering a dishwasher/washing machine, are not covered if the cause of damage is in consequence of excessive water contact. Kitchen doors placed near to heat sources such as ovens, radiators, grills etc are not covered unless protected by suitable heat strips. No claim by the customer in respect of manufacturing defects will be accepted  by the company if the goods have been worked on or modified in any way, including the fitting of goods to cabinets. Any damage reported to us will be dealt with efficiently & swiftly and any replacement, should it be required, will be solely at our discretion. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
